Care is provided after school starting August 31st, 2026 through June 10, 2027 until 6pm, Monday through Friday. Registration cut-off date to begin the first day of school is August 18, 2026. Some activities include outdoor play, homework time, arts & crafts and much more! NewHoliday Bake and Take - December 12CookingGet all your holiday baking finished in just one 4-hour class and take home a dozen each of 8 varieties of cookies - a perfect fit for your busy lifestyle. You’ll be supplied with everything you need to make and decorate your holiday cookies. You will also have a chance for some sweet sampling! You’ll take home 8 varieties of cookies! Grab your apron as participation is required and bring enough containers to hold 8 dozen cookies (hairnets and gloves will be provided). Please arrive on time and stay the full 4 hours. Children under 16 are not allowed. All supply costs included in tuition. Class meets in the high school cafeteria for a brief meeting before entering the kitchen. Cookies being made are: Andes Mint chocolate, Thumbprints, Peanut Butter Blossoms, Snowballs, Red Velvet, Pretzels with Rolos, Sugar and Gingerbread. *Please note: each card transaction will incur a processing fee of 3.29% of total amount plus $0.39. Little Shots (k - 2)Summer Adventure ClubSummer Adventure Club is for children entering Kindergarten through fifth grade for Fall 2026. It is open June 15th - August 20th, 2026 from 6:30am-6pm, Monday - Friday. *Closed June 19th, June 29th-July 3rd* Program fees: *$53.00 per day, Non-refundable annual registration fee of $25 per child (or $50 per family) is due at the time of registration. If you were already enrolled in our 25-26 school year program you do not need to pay this fee again for summer. Non refundable $5 keyless entry prox card fee/ per card. *Choose your own schedule! This schedule must have a minimum of 16 days during the summer. Once you complete registration, you will be responsible for paying tuition for these chosen dates. Two licensed teachers, a children’s teacher and a parent educator will support this class. There will be time for parent/child interaction as well as a group time with stories, songs and activities. PreK 3 ProgrammingOur Four-Star Parent Aware PreK 3 program prepares children for lifelong success! PreK 3 curriculum is aligned with PreK 4 and the Minnesota Early Learning Standards. Classes are taught by licensed early childhood education teachers and administered by Columbia Heights Public Schools Community Education. Early Childhood Screening is required for all PreK 3 students. Transportation is not available for 3-year-old programming. To enroll in PreK 3-year-old classes, students must be three years old by September 1, 2026. Monthly tuition is based on a sliding fee scale ($25 registration fee is required to process your enrollment packet).Child Care Program
