Yoga - October

Come explore this ancient exercise system that strengthens the body while calming and focusing the mind. Please dress in comfortable clothes and bring a mat, towel, or rug for floor work.

Classes will take place in person at the Fridley Community Center in Room 116.

This fee covers the four October classes.

*Please note: each card transaction will incur a processing fee of 3.29% of total amount plus $0.39. Checks, cash or ACH withdrawals will incur $0 fees. For checks or cash, payment can be brought to the CHPS District Office (door #2) on Mondays-Fridays from 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. when the district is open.
